Bilingual Receptionist
We’re looking for a Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to join our vibrant team and serve as the welcoming face of International House.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact at our Welcome Desk, assisting visitors in person, over the phone, and via email. You’ll provide a high level of customer support to those who need services from our International House team, ensuring that individuals get enrolled in IH programs, are aided in accessing services through partner agencies or referred to different areas of need. You’ll also support our day-to-day office operations to help keep everything running smoothly.
